How to Reset Password in IFHRMS Login Portal

Suppose the employee forgets their login details (password) or need to reset it. They can follow the steps below.

Go to the IFHRMS Karuvoolam website portal. https://www.karuvoolam.tn.gov.in/web/tnta/update-password
On the homepage click the option “forget password” you can also select forgot user id or password. Based on the detail you require.
The portal will open a new page enter the user id, mobile number and the security code.
Click the “verify” tab to recover the password.
The system will send an OTP to the mobile number. Use the OTP to verify the details and create a new password.

From the menu, click the option “open” proceed and click the option “finance”.

Go to the official IFHRMS portal enter the user id and password to log in. https://www.karuvoolam.tn.gov.in/web/tnta/oamlogin
Select the IFHRMS folder from a list of four option on the menu.
The applicant can personalize the choices available on the page by creating a favourite option from different domains.
The page will show two options: human resources and finances.
Next, double click the finances tab to see information on the salary slip.
Choose the DDO from the options available on the page.
Proceed and click the pay bill groups from the DDO master domains.
Now click the tab “create.”
Enter the following options: bill, group name, post type, accounts code etc.
Select the tab “review” and if the details are okay applied.
To get the slip detail, all information entered should be correct. Search for your job post using your employee number to continue.
Click the “add/update bill group” tab.
The system will send a confirmation of the request together with a request number.
Complete the request, and the system will send the employee slip details.
