  7. Click the submit button to launch your complaint officially.
  8. The system will offer a complaint id on the screen, ensure to write it, or save it for future reference of the status check.
  9. The complaint applicant can check the status using an online method or call the customer care number of the status check.

  2. I knew that you are increased validity voucher value & decreased validity period.why? Before this i regularly recharge with 35rs validity voucher for 6 month. After that it is decreased & comes to 3 month.After that 1 month. Then all changed & validity voucher minimum value found 49rs & validity 30days. Few months back I found validity period changed to 20days.20days only?🤭 What to do? & every where i found worst bsnl network. Today i am suffering toomuch network problem. If network gone ,it will take minimum 4 to 5 days to come back. What to do? & You charging toomuch charges & you harrassing us giving/changing such type of validity voucher. Is it in rule? & Your customer care egent not talking lightly with us when we are going to reporting such type of problem. They are not transferring phone to senior also. They are not giving complaint no also. Why? Check all recharges including validity voucher. & Do necessary changes.

  4. I am uaing this for around 7 yeara. But Comparing with other network, data usage is very poor. In an emergency purpose, if I enable the data means it’s not connecting.
    I am thinking that better network changing is a good option..

Worst network, worst customer service of India, they won’t receive any calls in customer service, they simply put it on hold to hear an irritating, lazy girls voice of recharging 2399, that too already closed offer in Jan 31 2022, I tried to reach them many times, but no use, after 17 minutes of waiting , I disconnected the call

    Using the above mention post paid number more than 10 years.
    Very recently using android mobile and unknowingly uses extend above Rupees 3000/- and paid the said amount aunto your cash counter and thereafter applied for higher plan and paid Rs 500/- accordingly for higher plan on 9th Feb 2022. Still now not upgrade and moreover again billing amount send to his mobile Rs1200 /- that also had been paid unto your office still outgoing facilities bar, reson best known to you and most unprofessionalism in your castomer care officers, not even ready to help existing customers properly. And there are no mail ID to loged complain and invalid inappropriate customer care number appearing and surprisingly after calling catomer care number briefing Amazone Prime facilities, ridiculous your systems
    Really disgusting
    Take immediate necessary action, my father suffering since on about 10 days for your unprofessional attitudes.

The worst service i ever seen only network issue there will not b one week of raising the compain on network issue no sooner it will start again we should frequently b calling they won’t pick if they pick they say wait for 24 hrs i can’t wait cause i have my online classes and i can’t b standing out for attending my classes cause my legs pain and plus I can’t write wht maam is saying to write i don’t know what to say them

In December bsnl is enrolled many customers but why you adding more and more customer,I was saying that because you haven’t power to go give speed of older customers then why are you sold your sim. Stop selling your sim if you have power to give speed of 1 or 2mb/s then you sell your sim other wise don’t say lise to your customers. And also fix the problem of rain when there is slow rainfall or heavy then its network issue starts,so many problems of bsnl, who is the director of bsnl “” you have to leave your post “” because you don’t know who was eating all the money thats comes from customer and government also your highest speed is only only 20 to 50 kb/s In this speed we cant do anything and i broke 3 sim card of Bsnl and 4th is in my hand if you not want to loose your customers then solve the problem are as follows:-

    2. Rain problem
    3. Speed up ( with new towers and spectrum)
    4. Everywhere speed
    5. Unlock Hd voice calling

    ஆனால் இதுவரைக்கும் எனக்கு (data) தரவு கிட்டைக்கவில்லை. நானும் ஒரு வாரமாக 1503 என்ற எண்ணிற்கு தொடர்பு கொண்டு புகார் அளித்தேன். மேலும் 1503 தொடர்பு கொண்டு பேசும்போது அதிகாரிகள் கூருவது 2மணி நேரத்தில் மற்றும் 3 நாட்களில் சரியாகிவிடும் என்று கூறியுள்ளார். ஆனால் 1 வாரமாக சரியாகவே இல்லை.

    I made a recharge of 5 months of unlimited calling and data.. and after 17 days it says you don’t have any balance to call. And neither the internet works.

    But I found that there are no proper working people in customer service they say only we are only here to take complaints but some are saying but not placing any complaints. It we ask twice they will tell customer is arguing and disconnect the call just for escaping

The worst services ever, I highly recommend everyone to change their broadband services, the customer care service provider will abruptly hang up on you, you will have to call thrice or more than that to get a complaint registered! I have been trying for weeks to get my broadband issues resolved nothing has happened till now.

  24. Worst services. Our landline goes dead for half a month each month. And ee have to follow up to get it rectified.
    Even the telephone exchange office at Tirumulgherry is worst in serving its cusotmers. The lady is always on her phone chatting or talking to uncles and aunts.

  32. We are very much dissatisfied with the services by BSNL (Vadodara). Its almost 1and a half month since I lodged a complaint for my landline number 0265-2350840 being dead. Its really pathetic ,that complaints are not being attended in time . This is the third time that I am facing this problem. I think BSNL should shut down if it cannot give timely services.

We have sent mails but nobody is responding to the mails. I want our connection to be started immediately cuz der is extreme delay happened and we lost more than half month period.
