How to Prepare AP Salary Bills Online at Payroll HERB

1. Visit the AP payrollHerb CFMS website portal.
2. https://payroll.herb.apcfss.in/
3. Open the homepage, and enter your user ID and password to log in.
4. The dashboard options will show.
5. Suppose the user needs to update the loan details; they should proceed to the loan section.
6. Next, choose the DDO code and press the submit button.
7. Under the list of employees, enter the number of received installments and the amount.
8. Select the loan status and press the update button.
9. After checking all employees’ details select the “Digital signature” option.
10. For new loan information, press the “add loan” option, and enter the required details to proceed.
11. Review the details and click submit button.
12. Next, click the “digital signature” option.
13. Users searching for increment details should click the “annual increment” button.
14. Enter the DDO code followed by the increment date and press the continue button.
15. For employee regular payroll, select the regular pay bill option.
16. Read the instructions and press the “OK” button.
17. To avail the employee data, press the “employee updation scheme.”
18. For any other employee data, select the “Get Data” option
19. Click the save and next button to open the summary page.
