State Bank of India had started CMS (Cash Management Services) to clear the problems faced by customers during their money transactions. CMS deals with different complaint categories. It makes both online and offline transactions easy and accurate. The different categories of complaints are

How to Register SBI Online Complaint?

  1. You can register an sbi complaint using both online and offline. This article gives you the all details and different ways to register a complaint.

  3. Open the official website of SBI using the following link https://sbi.co.in
  4. Select Customer care appear on top right corner of your screen.
  5. It opens you a page with four options like SMS unhappy, Send Complaint, Register complaint, Customer Request and Complaint form.
  6. Select Register complaint.

How to file a complaint at SBI Customer Care

  • You can also directly open the following link to get customer complaint form.
  • https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/
  • Enter all the details like Customer type (Existing SBI customers OR Non-Customers – Prepaid card holders, Metro or Canteen cad holders), Account number, complaint name, Branch code, mobile number, Complaint details.
  • Fill all the details correctly.
  • Give brief details of your complaints with a maximum of 500 characters.
  • Enter the string given in the image.
  • Select SUBMIT button or if you want to re-enter all details, select RESET button.

  4. After that enter the string shown in image.
  5. Select Submit option.
  6. You will get the status of your complaint.

SBI complaint status check by sms

State bank of india complaint status through sms option is not available. To check state bank complaint status just make a call to sbi Toll Free number 1800112211 (or) 18004253800 with ticket number.

How to register State Bank of India Complaint offline?

  • You can also register a complaint to State Bank of india regarding CMS by offline also in the following procedure.
  • Visit the nearest SBI branch to your house or branch you have an account.
  • Consult Customer Service Executive. Executive or General Manager of branch have “Complaints Book”.
  • Enter your complaint in it.
  • You will get an acknowledgement copy of your complaint.
  • Also you will receive an SMS to your mobile number which is like an acknowledgement.
  • The Complaint once registered is to be solved within 3 weeks.
  • If to they need to give the explanation for that.

Also you can forward your complaint to regional Head Office manager if the problem is not solved in branch office. They need to resolve it within 5 days.

  3. dt.24/02/2021 Rs.1523.60 remark shows in transaction as “withdrawal ATM Cash” I am not said transaction on that day and I am surprised Rs.1523.60 how that withdrawal from ATM. I was online complaint, but no any taken action from SBI officers, again & again contact customer care, related branch but no reply & without consulting to me & my complaint closed. It is my opinion there are thief’s are connected with SBI branches officers,

  4. SBI Daryapur, fatehabad Haryana (SBIN0017078) deny to open my saving account. It is because I am resident from 30 kms away from this bank but in same district.

I withdrew amount of Rs.1700 from SBI ATM on 17.02.2021….The amount deducted from my account but come out of the machine..I complaint to SBI customer care for Continuously 5 Days ..they Said that We Will Take Action and Resolve your problem within 24 hrs But it Takes 5 Days..still My Amount won’t back & resolved..Why?

    1. i am complaint against sbiupi illegal transaction from my account (my account link to oriental bank of commerce) i complaint to cms sbi no.CS 7560280283 jan 2020 they adviced submit the kyc document to branch i will submit kyc document with cms letter also sent email to branch still no action. then i go to cms rbi bo chennai no.201920006018362 april 2020 my file is closed not correct reson i reply to rbi still no action will be taken Then i send the legal notice to sbi corporate office on nov 2020 again no action will be taken

  9. ATM card used for drawing Rs5000/-two times but the mechine shows”timeout”two times then iwas drawing rs.2000/- inthe same ATM dated on 08th december2020 afternoon.so i was given written complaint on10th december2020 at kothapeta sbi.03526.The amount rs.10000/-notyet credited

    In your SBI People grant one home loan to Sri dasari eswara Rao RINL Employee no 118572.large amount.
    He cheated REGISTR and get register his site .his original survey no is 141 but he noted as survey no is 144.
    If given demolished the building who is the responsibility and guarantee to pay the loan amount and security to SBI amount.
    Please ask survey certificate from revenue officer of MRO of gajuwaka .then take serious action against the culprit of Dasari Eswara Rao .of RINL employwe
    Already complaint reised in front of IG OF STAMPS AND REGISTERATIONS.
